Change or cancel your order
Change your order
Everyone makes mistakes. Have you just completed your order or have you forgotten something? No problem! Please contact us directly. As long as the order has not yet left our warehouse, we can immediately change or cancel it for you.
Is your package already on the way? Then you can actively refuse the order. You then inform the postman that you do not want the package. After we have received the package back, we will contact you to find a solution. Canceling or actively refusing an order is free of charge.
Cancel your order
If for some reason you want cancel your order. Please contact us directly. All cancellations must be notified to customer service. In case of cancellation, you must at least state your full name and the order number.
We also need your bank account number to refund pre-paid amounts. Customers from abroad must also state the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of their own bank.
Please note: The IBAN number you provide for the refund must be the same as the IBAN number of which you made the payment to us. This is to prevent possible fraud with refunds!
Any amounts already paid will be refunded directly to you.
