Delivery time products
If a product is in stock and you have ordered before 4 p.m., you will receive the product the next working day. It's possible that it'll be the day after, this is because courier services maintain a 96% delivery score for their deliveries. In general, deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays, nor are they shipped. So when you complete an order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive the order on Tuesday at the earliest.
When you first order something from us, it may take a little longer before we deliver your order. This is because we first check your (company) data. In connection with the boat crossing, we deliver orders for the Wadden Islands 1 to 2 days later than usual. The delivery day can also deviate from other restrictions, such as accessibility to the city center or delivery to a campsite.

Delivery appointment or date
When you place an order, we will ship your order the same day. Are you not present the next working day, does your school have a holiday period or do you want us to deliver on Saturday? Feel free to contact our customer service, then we can agree a day with you to have your order delivered. No problem.

Delivery with multiple items
When you order multiple items at once, we do our best to have everything delivered to you in one go. In that case, the delivery time of your entire order will be the same as that of the item with the longest delivery time. We can also work with partial deliveries if you wish.
For orders with two products or more, two deliveries may be required for this order. We always inform you of this by email. You pay no extra costs for partial delivery.
Foreign delivery address
Longer delivery times apply to orders shipped to a foreign address outside the EU. Outside the EU, any import or customs duties will be calculated when the order arrives in the destination country. As a customer, you are responsible for these costs, which may vary from country to country. The amount is calculated by the customs of the country where the order is delivered. If you want to know to what extent you have to pay these duties, please contact the customs of the country in question.
