For schools, companies and institutions; When paying on account, you can pay the products in one go afterwards. We send your order immediately and you only pay after receipt of the goods.

After sending your order, we will send you an invoice by email, which you can pay by bank within fourteen days of receipt of the product.

How can I order on account?

To order on account, go through the following steps in the checkout from the point where you choose your payment method:

• Select the payment method Invoice.
• Check your order and add a voucher code and / or comment if necessary.
• After you click on 'Place order' you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
• You receive the goods, the invoice and the bank details from us.
• You have fourteen days after receipt of the goods to pay your invoice, for example via internet banking. Please indicate your invoice / or order number as payment reference.

Payment on account is not always possible

With every order we determine, based on a multitude of factors, whether you can use the option to pay on account. This does not take into account your order and payment history. It is therefore possible that you can not always use the payment method on account, even if this was the case with previous orders.

We reserve the right not to offer payment on account in all cases. In that case you can use one of the other payment methods that we offer you. We ask for your understanding of our approach to payment on account.
