Product defect, incomplete or damaged
Check your order
After receipt, always check whether your shipment is complete and correct. Always check the product for breaks and damage. If a defective, incorrect or incomplete product has been delivered, you can report this immediately to our customer service. It is of course very annoying when this happens, but we will solve the problem for you immediately.
In most cases we will send you a new product immediately and the delivered product must return to us, so that we can claim the warranty on the product. If a product has to be exchanged due to an error on our part or due to a defect, the costs are of course at our expense.
If in doubt about your order, just contact us, we don't bite and there are no stupid questions.
