It is of course very annoying, but since we are only human, unfortunately something can go wrong with the processing of your order. This may cause you to receive the wrong item by mistake. We will of course rectify our mistake directly for you.
After receving your order, always check whether your shipment is complete and correct. Always check the product for breaks or damage. If a wrong article or an incomplete product has been delivered, you can report this immediately to our customer service.
We will ensure that this error is corrected as soon as possible. In most cases we will send you a new product the same day.
