We regularly have promotions. We use a voucher code for this. If you want to use a promotion, you can enter the code of the voucher at the 'pay' step in the checkout. You may use the voucher code several times during the term of a relevant promotion.

Vouchercode

Each discount code has rules, which are stated in the promotion. If you do not meet one or more rules, the discount will not be deducted. If you meet all the conditions, the amount of the discount (possibly in proportion) will be deducted from the price of the items in the shopping cart. Immediately after you click on 'redeem voucher', you will see with the prices whether and how the discount has been settled.

After completing your order you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. This shows the net prices per item, including the discount applied for redeeming the code. In the order overview you will also see the net price per item with your order.

If you return an item or cancel (part of) the order, the discount for that item expires. If you return the entire order, the entire discount will expire.

Forgot to redeem the code?

If you forget to redeem the voucher code, you can only use it with a new order during the term of the relevant promotion. Has the term expired? Fortunately, we regularly have promotions with new voucher codes.
