Our orders are delivered all over the world by various courier companies. After we have sent your order, you will receive an e-mail from us. This e-mail contains a track and trace code and a link to the track and trace page of the delivery service.

Your order can only be actively tracked once your order has been processed by the delivery service. It is therefore possible that your order can only be traced in the evening or the next working day. If your order is still not trackable 48 hours after placing and you have not yet received your order, we kindly request you to contact our customer service.
