    Defective product

    It is very annoying when an article that you have ordered with us does not function properly. However, it can even occur with us and we will solve it for you! Always follow the directions on the packaging and also refer to your prodcut's manual for any troubleshooting.

    If an article does not function properly immediately upon receipt, you must notify us as soon as possible. In this case, please contact our customer service for troubleshooting. Should the item prove to be defective, we will always propose a solution. As a rule, we will immediately send you a new product. We always solve it for you!

    Warranty procedure

    • Request an RMA number from our customer service within the warranty period.
    • Send the defective product to the specified delivery address as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen days after the RMA number has been assigned.
    • Pack the warranty item tightly and very well so that it cannot be damaged during transport. The original packaging must not be damaged, written or labeled in any way. Use a box around the original product box.
    • The warranty shipment must clearly contain a note with address details and telephone number, as well as the description of the problem and the RMA number.
    • Also include a copy of the proof of purchase.
    • When we have received your shipment, we will investigate the problem and send you a new copy or your product as soon as possible after repair.
    • Always keep your proof of shipment so that you can claim a possible loss from your carrier.
