Warranty on products

If your ordered product is not in order, it is of course very annoying. We will immediately help you to solve the problem as soon as possible. We use the manufacturer's warranty on our products. The warranty therefore differs per brand. Often you have a warranty on the product, which is, for example, 2 years. The factory warranty does not affect the legal warranty to which you as a consumer are entitled.

Our products are often referred to as the warranty period. Do you have any doubts about the warranty period or contact us?

If something is not right with the product you received or the product does not function, please contact our customer service directly. We will then advise you what to do and help you solve the problem.

Legal warranty

Despite the high quality of the products we have in our range, it is possible that you receive an article that is not perfect. In that case we will provide you with a suitable solution as soon as possible. In most cases we will immediately send you a new beamer or a new product.

If a product is defective upon receipt, please contact our customer service directly. We will then help you immediately.

If an item breaks while you have it in your possession for more than fourteen calendar days, the factory guarantees apply. You can then lose your projector for about a month for repair. Handsfree-Dooropeners guarantees your legal rights to a product in accordance with reasonable expectations. Depending on your item, we do this by replacement, repair or refund. The manufacturer's guarantees and any additional guarantees do not affect the legal guarantee.

Improper use

Als het defect val-, stoot- of waterschade betreft, het artikel oneigenlijk gebruikt is of het defect buiten het verwachtingspatroon bij normaal gebruik van het artikel lag, kunt u geen aanspraak maken op gratis reparatie of vervanging.
